Thing is, what housing recovery? I don't think it was fake, I think it was non-existent.

blodget has made some good calls. actually being serious here..he was the first to call the internet rally..he was at appenheimer when he first said amazon or yahoo was going to 600..something like that..a week later he was at merrill.
