Discussion about
Seems pretty non-descript, but nice location. Any thoughts? Anyone live there? Can you hear noise from side or above neighbors?

Built as a high-end rental in 1967 and went co-op in 1979. Must've been solidly-built, as no noise issues. (In-laws lived there until a few years ago.)

In the one-bedrooms, note that the baths are en-suite, with half-baths off the foyers, so not intended for people trying to cram kids into dining L's. Living rooms aren't deep, but are wide.

The co-op allows pieds-à-terre.
