Good Value, well managed buildings Upper East??? Pl help

Folks would really appreciate input from the collective, info on any well managed buildings that we should look at, keep a watch out for on the Upper East side. 2 BR will work, 3 BR (or a smaller study with 2 BR is desired ideally ) around 1.5. however of there was a great building that you could recommend that we should look at that was higher, could do... Thanks

Well, I can only caution you about well-managed buildings: If a building is managed by The Lovett Company -- look elsewhere. I'm serious, and I have the legal papers to prove it.
