So if rental apartments are worth $550/ft, what are condos worth? >$1200/ft? Hmmm, yeah, I dunno.

just so you know, prior to this bubble, rental properties usually traded for more than "own" units.... putting manhattan squarely back into the $500psf as I predicted a year ago... thank you tahnk you...

So if Jonathan Miller is forming a partnership to convert condos to rentals....what must he think...
On condo time/price basis, what is that 2001?
