I would say Mr. Elika's preference is clear, by a 3-1 margin.

Every one of those agents needs a lot of work done before I can even take the poll.

Gea, r u running a funeral home... then yes, male....

For your particular RE brokerage house... I'd take a three way negotiations w/ gemma and alessandra, with jeff looking at us with THAT exact look from across the "board" room, but he needs to stay way way away.....

I worked with a hot male agent. We used to "christen" each apartment he showed me.

Good times.

ha

"Gemma’s fresh and innovative approach to meeting her real estate clients every need is attributed in part to her having modeled professionally for the past ten years."

What's the line from boiler room, though... "don't pitch the b*tch".

I do find it amusing the the prequalification for becoming a broker is 1) living in a house and 2) liking fine wine.

So, if I'm an alcoholic who recently had my tonsils out, I'm qualified to be a surgeon?

I haven't laughed this hard in a long time. Elika, elika, I even like the ring of your name. Based on that, I would definitely hire you. I dig those Lieber-esque glasses too. Based on the tops worn, I would bet that Alessandra has the nicest bod, followed by Gemma (if you like the athletic type). Megan, I dunno. But I like the sweet furrowed look you have.

Jeff - you have a wonderful hangdog look (buy from me, buy from you).

I prefer an older female who's been in the business for at least 15 yrs. Call me sexist but I find them more thorough and not bothered by numerous questions I might have. Also, I feel like if the couple is looking to buy a home together, the wife is going to give more input than the husband... And having an older female can be an advantage...

i think we need to know race, religion, sexual proclivity, hair style (rogain?), ability to manipulate google maps, ability to make ME feel intelligent and important, a list of clients who have lost big money, anecdotes about the hood. I just can't boil it down to gender. Dumb is not good.

and anyway...isn't one of the frequent se posters a cross-dresser?...where does that fall in this survey?

power-point has kind of made people think nuance is history,,,but i still want to know the details
