Discussion about
that will be used as a primary residence at some point in the future (approx. 5 years) what are the mortgage options, tax implications, etc. Thanks!

Five year adjustable rate fixed at 600 bps below or above the trailing daily median average of LIBOR and LIPITOR, capped at 12% and swapped at 11%, fully amortizing on an interest-only basis is your best and worst option. You can get this through Wachovia or Bear Sterns Wealth Management Divisions. Tax implications are hazy, ask again later.
