NY Mag did a what you can afford for $1k... they listed a non-subsidized small studio. Looked ok. Anyone know the address?

315 West 77th (b/w WEA and Riverside). A pretty stellar location in my book - very quiet but close to Fairway, bars, movies, and 1/2/3 trains. It's obviously going to be a lofted bed situation in a very small room, but that's still pretty notable for the location.

i remember seeing an article like that for a whopping 200 sq ft. can't imagine living in a place that size with a kitchen and a bathroom squezzing in.
