Discussion about 180 Hester Street #PH
This one's got a pretty terrible floorplan. Living room on the first floor, but guest bathroom on the second. Also, second "bedroom" on the second floor's dimensions are so small a standard king size bed would leave only 4 inches at the foot, and a cal king would leave none! They need to get real with the pricing on this.

Very true on the floor plan, more accurately a 1BR + Home Office. I wonder what the minimum is the bank would actually let this go for. Started at 1.525 in July 2007 and already down 34%. At least they're not saying it's in Soho...

i love when my guests have to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom or take a tight spiral up... who's the architect??? the dumb and blind?

What do you expect?

In the floorplan, they put living room furniture right in the foyer, outside the elevator!
