Discussion about
If the big building in Brooklyn is worth the same amount of money as the small one in Manhattan, which would be a wiser option to buy, and why? This is a theoretical question. I don't have a specific building in mind, but my question has to do with owning a big building in a cheaper neighborhood with more units, vs. a small building in an expensive neighborhood with much less units.

If they're "worth" the same, neither would be wiser.

If one is priced higher, thats a different story... but then it depends on the specific buildings. The wiser option to buy is based on price vs. worth.

And if you only know half the game, the comparison is meaningless.

it depends on personal preference. some people like to be in a place where there's more people around all hours of day and night, and the ability to be "enonomous". others want to be like a small family.
