Is the last example in this NYT article a typo? What am I missing with bids being entertained while "in contract"? http://www.nytimes.com/2010/02/07/realestate/07cov.html
Possibly they mean "contract out, but not signed"
Yet another story stating/implying that a bottom is here. So the bubble is over?
It will be a robust Spring.
