It's 1,300 sq ft. What a blatant lie. Broker should lose their license.

See, that's why the blurb says "Create your own space!" Because, um, 300 square feet of that space just isn't there.

The inside of the apartment is easily as offensive as the floorplan (I've been inside). Why the brokers/owner didn't knock down the hideous woden growths is beyond me

And they reduced the listing square footage from 1,600 to 1,350...guess their calculator wasn't working a week ago...

I guess the brokers are reading the board. Price is reduced too! Think the place is no more than $1mm in the current condition.

Agree $650-$700 a sq ft for 1300 sq ft raw space where the bedrooms are likely to be interior due to the location of the bathrooms.
