has the creative class moved back in?

there's two creative/crazy types... the psychotic artist - obstinate, unapologetic, yet just practical enough (barely) to have saved enough for a down payment vs crazy man on the train crazy. i've been seeing more of the former lately, back in the city from their temporary stints at toronto/austin/et al, albeit at intimate soirees/club 57 (which i'm surprised has lasted this long) and on the street. (ps creative/crazy does not = the emo/SATC/nyu/pseudo-writer mac book trash glam but really from scarsdale, ny hipster set that infiltrate our starbucks)

florida's "creative class" includes 99% of the people i know. it would be great to come up with a much more specific definition imho.

Yes, they're back, but only because their mummies and daddies gave them the money for their down payments.

nycm, good point i'd agree to an extent. but i specifically differentiated that group from the last group (SATC/nyuemo/ohiofreshouttacollege/macbookforexceluse/stabuckscirclejerk).
