Why no interior pics other than the "pizza oven"?
Just goes to show that people will live in ANYTHING to live in SoHo.....
they were looking for a person like me who loves brick oven pizza and would make it every day with the tomatoes and basil grown in the garden ;-).

on a serious note, if all bankers decide to rent.... there are plenty of rental 3x buy side in nyc... the buy side gonna get a ruptured nut trying the constant in the mkt.. then pull from mkt... in the mkt... then pull from mkt... there's only so many times you can go in the mkt and pull out right bf... bf a man is driven to insanity....
gonna be some interesting times.
i also forgot... "INFLATION WILL SAVE US!"
