Low floor. And I looked there 2 months ago at a different unit and thought I saw someone checking into their "hotel" short term stay apartment with a bevy of suitcases from a foreign country. Hopefully the NYS legislature is going to put the stop to that.

Used to live here. Nice building perks - gym, sauna, pool room, and exercise room. But the walls are paper thin.
