Thank you for filling in the blanks here. Serious missing pieces in that NYT article that really bothered me. I also love the fact that Mr. Executive Director at Oppenheimer is calling the market bottom with such certainty. If he was so certain, don't you think he would have bought in Manhattan like he was originally planning?
