Discussion about Mark 324 at 324 Saint Mark's Avenue in Prospect Heights
i believe it's financed by wells fargo. i found the construction solid and the concept interesting. the drawback for me was its distance from the Q/B express trains, and the fact it faces a giant empty lot which is used as basketball courts. IMO they are able to charge these prices based on the architect's name and the quality of the design/construction. i also liked the fact that the elevator is keyed and opens up into your apartment.
The building is approved by Wells. It's also FHA approved for 5% down.
Does anyone know if there are people living here? Did ALL the units close / get sold? The website still shows units 'in-contract' and so does streeteasy. Looking for anyone with the latest scoop on this development. Thanks.
7 out of 8 are closed and the buyers have moved in. The last remaining unit has been rented and will not likely come back on the market for quite some time, if at all.
