Jercey city condos waterfront? Too pricey?

Hi guys i like some Jersey city new constructions on waterfront. It is close to downtown where i work. it is like $650 per sf. Do you think it is overpriced and do you think prices will go down? It gets expensive with taxes and maintenance. I can not get to brooklyn because my commute is longer. I like williamsburg. thank u!
