Sponsor won't do my punch list...

Does any one out there have any thoughts about what is a reasonable period of time for a sponsor to complete a punch list on a new condo? For what it's worth, the building is 100% sold and we were one of the last to buy... when do we raise the stakes, and what do we do?

Have you closed? That's the only leverage you have.
