Discussion about
Hi guys i like some Jersey city new constructions on waterfront. It is close to downtown where i work. it is like $650 per sf. Do you think it is overpriced and do you think prices will go down? It gets expensive with taxes and maintenance. I can not get to brooklyn because my commute is longer. I like williamsburg has tax abatement. thank u!

$650/sf is expensive for current market. Most of the waterfront buildings are selling for around $500/sf currently, some are even under $450/sf. You can go to tax1.co.monmouth.nj.us/ to find the recent sales prices to compare.

I think $650/sqf is expensive for those two buildings as well. Check the tax record to see how much other people are paying, and you will have a better idea.
