What building are you looking at?

I am picky about construction quality -- meaning particularly betw unit walls and ceilings ..and I am not sure if the architect alone controls that, so it may depend on which building.

Also, buildings designed in the boom times may have had too much BS features and it isn;'t always clear how the zen garden will look in ten years.....
