IMHO, most homes that are on the market for more than a year or so are only for sale at more than the market price, and therefore are not really for sale.

I would love to understand their logic - they list it in November 2003 and don't sell it for a while, then go through the biggest real estate price boom in generations and can't sell it, then continue to ask the same price while the US enters and is still in the worst recession in generations. They're so dumb they're brilliant (or at least they think so).
