Is this the best deal on the UWS, or is there some hidden defect? It seems really cheap.

I just went to the open house. It has HUD income restrictions and the (bleep) brokers forgot to put that in their listing. A waste of time!

Ha! I guess it makes sense now. In a New York way, of course, since I always wondered how people making $55,678 (or whatever the income limit is nowadays) can afford $800,000 apartments.
