"Ultra Lux"? Really? Living in one room in a so-so studio with old appliances and crappy finishes is "ultra-lux"?? I'd hate to see what "regular" lux looks like.
"Loft"? When are these real estate agents going to get a clue? Nine foot ceilings do not a "loft" make.
"515 square feet"??? Bring your tape measure. At best this apartment is 450 square feet.

18x12 is probably the smallest space I have ever heard called a 'Great Room'... I mean in Manhattan, I have seen as small as 27 x 12 called such....but 18x12.
