This place is one avenue away from me on 10th Avenue, saw this one go up. No view from any apartment, 10th Avenue is busy with really fast moving traffic here, kind of a non-neighborhood, it's not really in True Hells Kitchen. It's not really proximate to any park, I just don't see a lot of upside and the units don't have phenominal interiors. My two cents, but this is fringe, and not finge like a distant neighborhood in a tall bldg with great views.(i.e. Extell on the Hudson) Fringe like no views and major depreciatoin. HOWEVER.... there is a fantastic Turkish restaurant on 56th and 10th called Hanci. After you are no plussed by your open house visit, stop into Hanci for the best lentil soup on the planet and try the apple tea.

This building is in a very busy block. I saw this building go up, it looks nice from the outside but have not been inside. It is at the entrance to the hospital and two blocks away from Columbus Circle. But the neighborhood is not aesthetically pleasing but it is centrally located to buses and trains.
