In perhaps the most desperate attempt to attract buyers yet, The Solaria is offering a scholarship, worth up to $10,000 for one camper to spend the summer at either a day or sleep-away camp. The parental units simply have to sign a a purchase agreement within 60 days of Feb 28. Any other great deals out there?

That's awesome...oh the desperate measures to avoid actually reducing the purchase price. I love how new construction marketing has become synonymous with selling used cars.

Anyone seen a blimp tied to the building to get everyone's attention driving by?
