Their pricing is worse than a pipe dream, too. 3 bedroom apartments in good condition closer to the park are selling for 850 to 900K and these guys want to sell you an awful railroad duplex that has barely seen updating since the 40s, with a basement in primitive condition, in a building that is still mostly renter occupied, for 810K. Good luck with that. There's a similar duplex on Carroll St. on the market since 8 ms ago for 600K and change, and still waiting.
