Sorry I did not see your post from the beacon discussion. Regarding your question about the prices, I don't think I can negotiate, I believe the affordable prices were set by NYC and not the developers. Have you decided to buy and and have you heard any latest news about the project?
Hi Mfont,
I'm still making my decision... when by today and the building is looking good. I think they were lowering some of the prices on some of the affordable units (by ~10K), but not the one I am interested in. I am wondering when the market rate are going to go on line.
