The views and light of the south facing units at 448 West 37th Street may be blocked when the developer of 439 West 36th Street builds. 439 West 36th St. was sold to a developer in May for $13.7M. 439 West 36th Street has a maximum FAR of 6.02 and measures 75 x 98.75 ft. - so the developer can build a 12-story/120 ft. high building on 50% of the lot or a 7.5 story building on 70% of the lot.

Blocked light and views in a crappy area in a crappy building. U couldn't pay me to live there along with the roaches, rodents, and god knows what else
