You can only try so many times to make a duck look like a swan, until people catch on. Of course you could be a Firm Believer - aka LICComment - that LICC is "here to stay," which it is, though "stay" might be replaced with "languish."

True, yet it's a dump that (with LOTS of incentives from Big Government), a company would choose over Orlando ... at least for a few short years until they threaten to relo again.

That counts for something, doesn't it? A sonnet?

It picked Long Island City's brand, though!
