Hello I like this building and I am considering buying here. Does any of you ahve any comments (good/bad...) about the building and/or area? I will appreciate, it is a big decision since i am not familiar with this area. thanks

thank you. I saw the discussion, however it took place almost a year ago. I was hopping for news or an update if anyone does have.

I considered buying in this building but ended up purchasing closer to 125th street. I really love the apartments but found the area to be a bit lacking in amenities. However prices have dropped considerably and you can now get a decent size apartment at the Savoy West at a relatively moderate price.
