There was a discussion about this building a week or two on this board. Several posters indicated that they thought the place was overpriced. Personally, I didn't like the view of the buildings accross the street and the high number of small studio apartments. Finishes seemed nice, but not any nicer than any other new buildings in the area.

Also, the common charges are quite high (up to $1.15 per sq ft). Units that do not have an obstructed view go for ~$1200-$1300/sq ft. If you don't think that's overpriced for the neighborhood, I'd say this building may be OK for you.
