Crappy area but look at the bright side - you're just steps away from the Gentleman's Club!

Disagree on the neighborhood but would not want to live above a bar with a party rental space.

Not a bad unit but the area is a mess. Bar right below gets very routy on Fridays as Goldman and Moodys employees pour out of their buildings. Tribeca is west of west broadway and south of canal. I find these region to be more of a no-mans-land. not tribeca and not fidi. Kind of an overflow space between two major neighborhoods.
