http://streeteasy.com/nyc/sale/472662-condo-257-west-117th-street-central-harlem-new-york. On the market for over two years. Has come down a bit. Still wayyyyy overpriced for where it is. Needs to hit $500 psf or less before anyone will bite.

First, learn how to spell "sprawling", especially if it's in your boldface title.

Second, realize that a hallway does NOT a home office make.

Third, the price should be closer to $625K.

NYCM, I got a letter from the University of Arizona today, and the postage said "Nonprrofit organization."

From a university.
