Discussion about
If: (i) you think an apartment is priced fairly in the current market, (ii) the apartment has been on the market for about 4 months, and (iii) there appears to be a lot of buyer interest, what percentage off ask is a reasonable first offer? How low can you go before the seller won't even respond? thank you
