What are the prices? It looks super expensive, which is not the type of building you should be buying into in that area. I grew up on the LES so I know the area pretty well.

about $800/sq ft, quality is average. location is great and the views are going to be the selling point here.

The architect/designer must have thought this building was going to be in Miamia - there isn't even one coat closet in these units. How stupid is that?

$800 a square foot for the LES? Is that really the best use of money? Your going to be surroudned by tenements and housing projects.
