Discussion about 807 Riverside Drive in Washington Heights
Does anyone know this building? It looks like some units are being sold as is and some after renovation. What kind of a job is the developer doing?

I own in a sister building down the block. No complaints, mostly good work at a pretty decent price although if you can do it yourself I'm sure that would be ideal.
