The prices were not too crazy high. Then everything stopped. What is going on there?

I've heard some rumors - launch in a few weeks, prices to be further chopped. Maybe not the juiciest tidbit, but anyone able to confirm or have anything else to add?

We handle the PR for be@schermerhorn and wanted to provide a quick update on the property. In September 2009, Jamestown Properties purchased the mortgage on be@schermerhorn and recapitalized the building (see The Real Deal article here: http://therealdeal.com/newyork/articles/stalled-projects-come-back-from-dead). The project is moving forward with a re-launch of sales this spring and construction is scheduled for completion in 2010. We will stop by again with more updates once the official sales launch date and revised asking prices have been determined.

189: Are you a P.R. firm? An independent publicist?

If you "handle" the P.R. for that building -- what took you so long to post a comment here?

There are two threads on SE asking about that building.

Were you sleeping on the job? What finally woke you up?

Thanks for stopping by.
