3 new listings at 119 North 11th Street

Discussion about 119 North 11th Street in Williamsburg
Does anyone know what the deal is with this building? Three apartments have come on the market in the last two months, but StreetEasy has no previous sales listed in the building. They seem like pretty cool raw loft spaces, but all three obviously need a lot of work to update the bathrooms and kitchens and create layouts that are actually liveable. Does anyone have any opinions (informed opinions, preferably) about the building? Thanks.

I've been following these listings. The building is an early (for n williamsburg) condo conversion. The units are live/work (M1-2/R6A). That OTHER nyc centric real estate sales data site, propertyshark has some previous sales for 119-127 N 11 St, which is the same building.
For two units sold in 2004 example:
119-127 N 11 St #4C 10/1/2004 $700,000
119-127 N 11 St #2D 9/14/2004 $675,000
