My buyer from Hong Kong likes 254 Park Ave So but thinks she heard "bad things" about them not getting renters out? Can anyone shed some light on this? Thanks

But that aside, interesting that she'd care about renters. Half the point of a condo is that the sponsor and other owners can rent out to whomever.
