solil Management

They are not a good management company. I lived in one of their buildings for 26 years. The staff was ok and building kept clean, but I couldn't get repairs done in my apartment and found the super non-responsive.

Our ceiling fell in - could have killed someone had they been home. Diego Vincenty at Solil is supposed to handle things like this but he will not call you back. The tenants have been in the building forever so most are rent stabilized which is the only reason they stay.
There was racoon in the laundry room twice and no one did anything about it. Our neighbor upstairs flooded our apartment as the plubming is so bad and again, no call back.
Also no one I've spoken to has ever received their security deposit back.
There are no screens on the windows so spring - fall there are all kinds of bugs, and my 3 neighbors have all had mice infestation problems. do NOT live in a Solil or Sol Goldman building.
