Get your location settled bc you are all over the map and cannot opperate that way. Why dont you buy in Murray Hill? Thats the only location you didnt mention. Impossible to to run a search with that budget if you dont know where you want to be.
and what do you want?
its like saying "I want the best vehicle". Do you want a sports car or a truck or a fire engine.
Do you want multiple bedrooms? A loft? High rise? Brownstone? Modern? Classic? Amenities?
Stay at windsor court... Murray hill should be broken off from manhattan and used like NYC was used in escape from new york. If i see one more girl in tights and ugg boots im gonna flip out
Windsor Court... all the style and grace of Normandie Court, but closer to the tunnel!
