What is up with this building? Lots of units for rent and for sale. Were these units mostly spec buys or peoples pied terres and now owners are facing hard times? Given its undesirable location and glut of supply in the area (e.g. silver towers)- I think these prices might have further to fall. Also- how is the building, the amenties, etc? anyone here live there or been in there? thanks.
