I am interested purchasing a studio apartment at 304 West 75th Street.Does anyone know about this building, and whether it's financially stable? My price range isin the 300-350K range.

even if you hear anything here, you have to question if you can trust it - this is a forum and anybody can write anything. In the end, all that matters is that your atty will have to review diligence prior to signing and advise you on bldg financial stability/other items.
