Does anyone know approximately how long it takes for board approval for a rental? Thanks!

It's a condo, would you even need board approval?

Many condominium boards keep sublet approval, and look over a package that includes the sublease and the potential tenant's credentials, as well as making sure the potential tenant has read and signed off on the house rules.

I don't work Brooklyn, so I don't know 1 Hanson Place, but in most Manhattan condos you can get this paperwork through in 2-3 weeks.

Legally, no.
