Anybody happen know what #16 and #32 Roxbury Lane in Wainscott recently went into contract for?

Brokers would not disclose contract prices until the sales closes, supposedly so other potential bidders don't try to undercut the buyer...

I am aware of that. I am looking for any insider information. I know of other contract prices for other houses in the area, just not these homes. By the way, if you are relying on just brokers for information you will not have an accurate or current picture of the market.
