when is the owner going to get it that if this place coulsn't sell in 2006 & 7 for this price, not going to happen now. no doorman, no real second bedroom. worth $1 - $1.1m

i actually offered 1.72mm for this property and was turned down by the board 3 months ago, wasnt happy, and i am still not. but this is a very special property and your info is just incorrect. it sold in 2006-2007 for 1.56mm and the new owner has put over 200k in renovations into it, i did my research before i made my offer. its not for everyone but if you LOVE amazing prewar detail and entertaining space its tough to find an apartment nicer
