I visited this apartment back in 2008 and found it to be a very nice 2 bedroom in good shape. The fiscal expectations were off the charts so the property was dismissed. Here it has resurfaced with more reasonable expectations. It's worth watching as a barometer for the condition of 2 bedroom+terrace sales. If it fetches at least it's 2007 asking price it would be hard to argue with the recovery status of this segment of the market.
