You'd be my neighbor. They've finally unveiled the subway renovations.

Looks like a one-bed plus a studio, with that little alcove being where the studio kitchen used to be. So LR has a lot of freight to pull -- where does TV go? But I think it's cute.

note previous listings of a g and an h for a total (asking) of $855K. doesn't seem like the two together command anywhere near this asking price.

Looks like they tried to get $849K for this apartment back in 2006. Accordingly, I would say it needs to get back down under 800 to make any sense in todays market.
