Exactly who in Harlem is able to afford and buy these? This bulding sat fallow for 35-40 years!

There are 23 affordable units. They have a separate page. They are available via lottery only though, I think.

wow, ex lottery units that have to be offered outside of the lottery cause they cannot be moved otherwise? it used to be that lottery winners considered themselves super lucky, now they reject not low enough prices. nice!!!

ya, i guess the current economy is hard on everyone, rich or poor. lucky or unlucky. But you're right, most of those units have odd layouts. I'm guessing all the good ones went already?

Also if you read about the affordable units, you still have to qualify and there are big conditions on resale. I heard that they are also building a "community center" under the rear courtyard, for what it's worth.
