Clearly there must be an error here, but why even bother noting the $261.10 assessment with such out-of-control maintenance and taxes? Other apartments in the building show maintenance charges in the low-$300s, so this is a doozy of an error.

That is nutty, evnyc. Given the explicit $0.10 on the assesment, I think one person was asking "What's the maintenance, I'm gonna punch it in.". Then the other said, "it's four seventy-nine sixty". Then "OK, I've punched it in, it's Friday afternoon, let's get margaritas!"
